A Climate Change (CC) and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) professional with more than 14 years of experience with I/NGOs in Nepal especially in disaster risk reduction, climate change and GESI integration. Holds remarkable experience working with local level governments in inclusive CC/DRR policy formulation and capacity development. At present, working in the capacity of an Executive Director in the Centre for Disaster Management Studies, a women led national organization working in DRR and CC especially focusing on women’s leadership role in DRR and CC. Also, in a role of Member Secretary of WHDRRP (Women Humanitarian and Disaster Risk Reduction Platforms-a loose network of women DRR professionals). In the capacity of the Vice-president of the DPNet-Nepal, which is a secretariat of the National Platform for DRR. A PhD Scholar at Central Department of Environment Science, Tribhuvan University.
