An experienced banking professional with over 16 years of experience in Branch Management, Merchant Banking, SME Banking, Corporate Banking, Branding, and Marketing, MNCs, Development Organization, CSR and GESI Initiative Lead. She has worked previously with Standard Chartered Bank Nepal and currently with NMB Bank for over 10 years, which has played an instrumental role in driving business growth and profitability.

She is a strong advocate for women’s empowerment, gender equality, and the participation of more women leaders in decision-making roles. Throughout her career, she has gained a reputation for her expertise in banking operations, strategic planning, team. She has designed and implemented a number of initiatives aimed at providing financial literacy training, mentoring and empowering women leadership programs as well as networking opportunities for women entrepreneurs.

Apart from her professional accomplishments, Pranisha is also a vocal champion for gender equality and women’s empowerment for NMB Bank. Overall, Pranisha is a well-respected banking professional and she firmly believes in creating opportunities for women to succeed and actively works towards their goal. Recently she has been awarded with Woman Achiever in Brand and Marketing by South Asian BFSI Tech ’24 Summit & Award.
