Dikshya Singh is a development researcher and policy analyst based in Kathmandu with extensive experience in international trade, sustainable development, and entrepreneurship. She currently serves as Programme Coordinator at the South Asia Watch on Trade, Economics, and Environment (SAWTEE), where she leads research, advocacy, and capacity-building initiatives. Over her tenure at SAWTEE, Ms. Singh has advanced policy dialogue on trade, private sector finance, agriculture, and climate change, while co-editing the organization’s flagship journal Trade Insight. Her expertise spans cross-border trade, gender-inclusive policy frameworks, and SME development. Notable contributions include studies on trade and climate change nexus, Nepal-India informal trade, gender dimensions in transport systems, and the impacts of LDC graduation on Nepal’s development cooperation. She holds an MPhil degree in Economics from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu.
