Arif Kamal Syed is the Head of Operations for Cross-Border Trade (Central Asia) at DLI International. With 18 years of experience in the logistics industry, he is responsible for overseeing smooth operations for regional trade connectivity, focusing on cross-border trade beyond Pakistan into the Central Asian Republics (CARs) via transit and Transports Internationaux Routiers (TIR) transportation modes. ​

Mr. Syed participated in the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) on Cross-Border Trade in 2019, a U.S. State Department initiative for emerging leaders.​
