Dr. Chaturvedi is currently Director General at the Research and Information System for Developing Countries (RIS). He is also Member, Board of Governors, Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Dr. Chaturvedi works on issues related to development economics, including development finance with focus on building necessary ecosystem like related institutions and infrastructure for eventually achieving SDG targets. His area of specialization includes creating cooperation modalities in the South-South and Triangular Cooperation. Through several of his books and articles, he has made immense contribution to cooperation in trade and innovation linkages with special focus on WTO and G20.His book “The Logic of Sharing: Indian Approach to South-South Cooperation” has been acclaimed internationally as one of the best volumes on international development cooperation.
